33 First Assist for CVOR Unit 4 OR suites. Pedi-Adult hybrid, Adult. Will float to the main

OR. EPIC EMR.

Top Diagnoses/Procedures:

CABG, Valve surgeries, EVH, Robotic lungs, vascular cases, endo vascular, AAA, ECMO Must have exp with IABP, cardioversion/defibrillation, LVAD/Impella and ECMO.

Required Qualifications Surgical Technologist, First Assist Experience:

1 year

Certifications:

BLS;

CERT-CSFAC

Weekends:

call only, Saturday and Sunday

• 48 hours

On Call:

1 weekend per month and 1-2 weekdays per week

Float:

May float to MOR if no cases.
