Job Description:

Surgical Technologist – CVOR First Assist If you are anexperienced surgical technologist passionate about cardiovascularprocedures, consider joining us as a Surgical Technologist – CVORFirst Assist . In this role, you will support surgeons duringcomplex cardiovascular operations by ensuring precision andmaintaining sterile environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Sterilizeinstruments and prepare operating rooms specifically forcardiovascular procedures. Assist surgeons during operations bypassing instruments, suturing incisions, or holding retractors asneeded. Ensure the sterile field is maintained throughout theprocedure to prevent infections. Monitor equipment functionalityduring surgeries and report any issues promptly to ensure smoothoperations. Prepare patients for surgery by positioning themappropriately on the operating table and applying sterile drapesspecific to cardiovascular procedures.

Work Environment:

This roleis primarily based in hospital cardiovascular operating rooms(CVORs) or specialized surgical centers equipped for advanced heartsurgeries. The position requires focus and stamina in ahigh-pressure environment where precision is critical for patientoutcomes.
