We specialize in transformative male and female cosmetic procedures, including non-surgical male enhancement and Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) treatments. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional patient care in a modern, results-driven environment. We are seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant/Surgical Assistant to join our team. This role goes beyond traditional medical assisting and focuses on providing hands-on support during non-surgical procedures while actively contributing to our social media presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Support:

Assist the physician with non-surgical procedures, including male enhancement and BBL treatments.

Patient Care:

Prepare patients for procedures, ensure comfort during treatments, and provide post-procedure care instructions.

Surgical Preparation:

Maintain a sterile field, prepare instruments, and ensure all materials are ready for procedures.

Administrative Duties:

Update patient records and coordinate appointments as needed.

Social Media Content Creation:

Record and edit content during treatments (with patient consent). Develop engaging posts for Instagram, showcasing before-and-after results, patient testimonials, and behind-the-scenes footage. Stay current on social media trends and integrate them into the practice’s strategy.

Qualifications:

Required:

Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or equivalent experience in a clinical setting. Hands-on experience in a cosmetic or aesthetic medical office is highly desirable. Strong communication skills and a professional bedside manner. Proficiency in Instagram content creation, including reels, stories, and captions.

Preferred:

Familiarity with non-surgical male and female enhancement procedures or willingness to learn. Experience with patient photography and maintaining HIPAA compliance during content creation. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
