No prior hair industry experience is required; on the contrary, we welcome PAs seeking to grow their career in a new and unexpectedly rewarding field. Hair restoration is an outpatient, cosmetic field that offers providers a rare and exciting opportunity to positively change patients’ lives, without the professional weight of illness, breaking bad news, or emergency care. In this position, you will perform hair restoration surgery and lead a team of surgical assistants who will work side by side with you to reach the patient’s desired outcome. You will be responsible for the same surgical functions as our physicians, including extraction, site making, and patient consultations and follow-ups. You will enjoy an unmatched level of work-life balance within the surgical industry, with no weekends or on-call hours, and few evenings. You will be expected to work approximately 40 hours per week, with slight flexibility as needed. The ideal candidate is passionate about patient care, working within a collaborative team, and takes initiative to grow their skills and leadership opportunities.
