Job Description:

Surgical Technologist – First Assist If you are an experiencedsurgical technologist passionate about assisting in advancedsurgical procedures, join us as a Surgical Technologist – FirstAssist . In this role, you will play a critical part in supportingsurgeons during operations by ensuring precision and maintaining asterile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Sterilize instrumentsand prepare operating rooms for surgical procedures. Assistsurgeons during operations by passing instruments, suturingincisions, or holding retractors as needed. Ensure the sterilefield is maintained throughout the procedure to prevent infections.

Monitor equipment functionality during surgeries and report anyissues promptly to ensure smooth operations. Prepare patients forsurgery by positioning them appropriately on the operating tableand applying sterile drapes specific to the procedure beingperformed.

Work Environment:

The role is primarily based inhospital operating rooms or specialized surgical centers equippedfor advanced procedures. This position requires focus and staminain high-pressure environments where precision is critical forpatient outcomes.
