In this role,you will be at the forefront of providing top-notch surgical care,working directly with our surgeons and medical staff in afast-paced, high-stakes environment. You will have the opportunityto make a significant impact on patient outcomes, utilizing yourskills and experience in general surgery, surgical assisting,critical care, and life support.

Responsibilities:

As a SurgicalPA, you will be responsible for: Assisting in surgical procedures,ensuring all surgical protocols and standards are adhered to.

Performing patient evaluations, interpreting diagnostic tests, anddeveloping comprehensive treatment plans. Collaborating withmultidisciplinary teams to ensure the highest quality of patientcare. Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and safetystandards.

Qualifications:

Active NY state license A minimum of 5years of experience in a surgical setting, with significantexposure to general surgery and surgical assisting. Active ACLS andBLS certifications. Exceptional technical skills, includingsuturing, wound care, and surgical instrument handling. Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to workeffectively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals. Strongproblem-solving abilities, decision-making skills, and attention todetail. The ability to work in high-stress environments andmaintain composure under pressure.
