A Surgical Tech 4 Team Lead will demonstrate advanced technical skills, leadership abilities, and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care. The Team Lead will be responsible for mentoring team members and ensuring the efficient functioning of the surgical services department. Will assists with cleaning, restocking and processing of the surgical suite, instruments and equipment as needed. Qualifications Education Degree Major And/Or Technical Program Surgical Technologist Program License/Registration – Issued by Florida or Compact State And/Or Certification Basic Life Support (BLS) through American Red Cross or American Heart Association And Certified Surgical Technologist Certification through National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA) Or Certified Surgical Technologist Certification through Association of Surgical Technologist (AST) Or Certified Surgical Technologist Certification through National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT) Work Experience and Additional Information Minimum Five (5) years of experience in a Surgical Tech position
