Shift:

Day shift, 4x10s or 5x8s with call as required

Key Responsibilities:

Assist surgeons during cardiovascular and thoracic procedures Prepare and maintain sterile surgical fields Handle surgical instruments and equipment specific to open-heart and vascular cases Monitor inventory and ensure surgical supplies are available and sterile Collaborate closely with the surgical and nursing teams to ensure patient safety and successful outcomes

Requirements:

Certification as a Surgical Technologist (NBSTSA or NCCT) BLS (Basic Life Support) required Minimum 2 years of recent CVOR experience Experience with open heart procedures strongly preferred Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
