RESPONSIBLE FOR
Performs necessary duties in scrubrole. Takes on greater responsibility in providing patient caredemonstrating a higher level critical thinking and problem solvingskills. Functions in partnership with licensed staff. Performspatient care duties for clients of various age groups under thedirection of a registered nurse.
Qualifications:
MINIMUM EDUCATIONREQUIRED
High School graduate or GED. Graduate of a SurgicalTechnology program.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Certification as aSurgical Technologist or 3 years of surgical tech experiencerequired.
MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW

QUALIFICATIONS
Certification as a Surgical Technologistpreferred BLS certification required.
