• Experience in Cardiac Surgery(CABG/Valve Replacements/Aorta Replacement/Bentall Procedures),excluding transplants
• Experience in Thoracic Surgery,Thoracotomy, and VATS; robotic thoracic experience is a significantadvantage
• Vascular Surgery experience, including carotid andfemoral endarterectomy, dialysis cath, and peripheral vascularbypass (e.g., Fem-Pop bypass)
• Basic endovascular proceduresincluding groin or radial access, angiography/angioplasty,EVAR/TEVAR
• DaVinci Robot and Endovascular Suite equipmenthandling

Job Description:

• Work in an operating room setting with10 ORs
• Be part of a team of approximately 50 staff membersconsisting of day shift RNs, STs, and UAs, as well as a night shiftcall team
• Manage patient care with a 1:1 patient ratio
• Performopen heart surgeries, both basic and complex, along withspecialized thoracic and vascular procedures
• Participate in callcoverage and potentially stay late one night a week and covernights two times a week as needed
• Follow standard operating roomguidelines and regulations
• Wear provided scrub attire
• Work onweekends and holidays as needed on a rotating basis
• Embrace a”work hard, play nice” personality and enjoy call coverageresponsibilities
