Minimum Requirements:

Education:

Graduate of an

Accredited AlliedHealth Education Program Experience:

At least two years in an acutecare setting.

Licenses/Certifications:

• Current state licensure(if required).
• CPR-BLS certification from the American HeartAssociation.
