The Certified ScrubTechnician is responsible for the safe, sterile set up and handlingof all surgical instrumentation during scheduled and emergencysurgical cases. This includes gathering of all necessaryinstrumentation and supplies noted on surgeons pick sheets. Theemployee must be conscientious with regards to procedures andcapable of accepting pressure assignments, clerical assignments andother duties relative to the department. They must maintain a highdegree of confidentiality and support the mission, vision, andvalues of the organization.
