Fistula creations, Transcarotid revascularization, carotid & femoral enterectomy, bypasses, iliac artery thrombectomy, brachial pseudo aneurysm repair, Carotid baroreceptor implantation, hybrid cases Required License, National Certification, Certs (BLS, ACLS, etc.), or other position specific requirements such as Driver’s License and/or

- Surg Tech (CVOR + Main): Experience to scrub in the following cases: Cardiothoracic, Vascular Support within the
Department:
- OR Assistant – (6) to support department during the weekdays Support with room turnovers, stocking department, patient positioning, operating certain surgical tables

- Charge nurse
- Anesthesia/CRNA, 24/7
