Completion of an accredited surgical technologist/surgical tech program is required.

Required LicensesCertified Surgical TechnologistCertified Surgical Technologist (CST)/Certified Surgical Tech (NCCT) certification is required.

Active Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association (AHA) is required upon hire.

Required SkillsCritical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
