• Rotating call assigned based on unit needs

• Baseline:

  1 weekday call shift every other week (backup to nightshift)

• Approx. 1 weekend call shift per month (24 hours)

The ideal candidate will assist in surgicalprocedures by preparing and handling instruments, maintaining asterile environment, and supporting the surgical team to ensuresafe and efficient operations. ? • Prepareoperating rooms and surgical instruments
• Assist surgeons duringprocedures by anticipating needs
• Maintain strict adherence toaseptic and sterile techniques
• Handle surgical specimens andensure accurate documentation
• Support pre-op setup and post-oproom turnover
