Position Overview:

Strong Memorial Hospital is seeking experienced Level 4 Surgical Technologists to support our Main Operating Room. This high-acuity environment provides care across a wide range of specialties and serves as a Level 1 Trauma Center .

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide intraoperative support by preparing and maintaining the sterile field Assist in surgical procedures under the supervision of surgeons and registered nurses Manage surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced OR environment Scrub and circulate as needed

Specialties Covered:

Orthopedics, General Surgery, Plastics, Urology, Cardiac, Neuro, Vascular, Ophthalmology, GYN, ENT, Thoracic, Oral-Maxillofacial, and Trauma.

Robotic Surgery:

Experience with Da Vinci robots preferred

Transplant Surgery:

Liver, kidney, and heart

Qualifications:

Valid Surgical Technologist License Minimum 2 years of OR experience; Level 1 trauma experience preferred BLS Certification (AHA only) Ability to scrub and circulate required Compensation Package (Travel, 48 hours/week):

$2,420

Taxable Weekly:

$936

Non-Taxable Stipends:
