11am-11:30pm. One working weekend shift/any shift/month. NBSTSAcertification is required for this position at the time ofsubmission. AHA BLS is required.
NCCT accepted ( Agency to sendverification at time of submission) that degree is be from aCommission of Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs(CAAHEP)- or Accrediting Bureau of Health Education Schools(ABHES)- accredited program with a Surgical Technology major.
Musthave 2 years of OR experience in an acute care facility. They arelooking for a CST with strong orthopedic skills; specifically ableto do total joint cases independently.
Must have vascular experiencein both hybrid and open surge cases.
Specialty Equipment:
Infusionpumps, ultrasound machines, Laparoscopic Olympus Equipment, daVinci Robot, Rosa Robot, Monarch Robot (Monarch specialized and notexpected), SCD’s, Bair Hugger, Microscopes, Neptune, smokeevacuators.
Expected to assist the RN in overturning OR room (Clean,prep and mop), if needed. The facility will accept local candidatesfor this position. will accept locals.
Facility can call off up to 3shifts for 13-week contract and 2 shifts less than 13-weekcontract.
Expected to work every other holiday. Eight hours ofnon-billable orientation.
