COMPANY DESCRIPTIONFryeRegional Medical Center, located in the beautiful foothills ofNorth Carolina is a 355-bed acute care hospital, 81-bed BehavioralHealth facility and more than 70 primary and specialty careproviders. Essential Functions Prepares surgical operating suite with drapes, solutions,instruments, equipment and supplies. Ensures good working order ofequipment and instruments. Performs the role of the scrub technician. Uses principles of aseptic technique to establish and maintaina sterile field Facilitates efficient completion of the surgery schedule. Minimum Education High school diploma or equivalent required
Certifications:
Basic Life Support (BLS)
Licenses:
Certification for Surgical Technology with the National Boardof Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting preferred.
Competentin at least 3 specialty areas.
