Consistently demonstrates required duties when providing patient care as evidenced by
- Accurately identifying normal and abnormal EKG rhythm strips
- Notifying nursing personnel of EKG changes
- Notifying appropriate nursing personnel of patient requests
- Remain composed, reassuring and able to provide direction during emergency situations, STAT requests and orders: functioning as a calming influence and stable factor on the nursing unit.
