Job Summary and Qualifications
The Monitor Tech observes EKG monitors and reports any abnormalities or unusual rhythms to the nurse immediately. Must be able to interpret and document strips. Obtaining supplies as needed and accepts additional tasks assigned. Job may include direct supervision of students at the discretion of the area supervisor.
What qualifications you will need:
Basic Arrhythmia Recognition must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date is Required
Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date is Required
Hospital experience is Required
