Position Summary:
The Ultrasound Technologist performs high-quality ultrasound examinations, including abdominal, OB, vascular, neonatal, pelvic, breast, and small parts imaging, to assist radiologists in the diagnosis and treatment of medical conditions. This role requires the ability to maintain accurate records, ensure equipment functionality, and manage supplies within the department. Technologists must demonstrate strong critical thinking skills, function effectively under pressure, and deliver age-appropriate patient care with minimal supervision.
Minimum Qualifications:
Two (2) years of education: Certificate, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s degree Graduate of Program in Discipline, required or validated by current licensure
Graduate from an accredited DMS program, ARRT, or DMS certification (BLS) Basic Life Support required
