The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing high-quality ultrasound examinations to assist in diagnosing various medical conditions. This role requires a strong understanding of anatomy and physiology, as well as the ability to provide exceptional patient care while utilizing advanced medical imaging technology. Responsibilities Conduct ultrasound examinations on patients, ensuring high-quality images for diagnostic purposes. Maintain accurate patient records and document examination findings in compliance with medical protocols. Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout the imaging process, providing clear explanations of procedures. Utilize aseptic techniques to maintain a sterile environment during examinations. Stay updated on advancements in sonography and diagnostic radiology practices. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members regarding procedures and results. Skills Proficient in Ob/Gyn sonography and other relevant ultrasound specialties. Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology to accurately interpret imaging results. Familiarity with diagnostic radiology principles and practices. Expertise in medical imaging technology and equipment operation. Knowledge of aseptic techniques to ensure safety during procedures. Details Registered Medical Sonographer or ARRT Sonography Basic Life Support or BLS – Instructor Successful completion of a Sonography Training Program Required and Minimum 1-year clinical experience.
