• Completion of a two yearapproved School of Radiologic Technology
• Valid state radiologyregistration as required by state law
• Two years of MammographicTechnologist experience preferred, ideally in a critical caresetting.

• Prepare for and assist the Radiologist in the completion ofintricate mammography examinations, including breast biopsies.
• Produce high quality films for the radiologist to evaluate.
• Complete patient education regarding the exam.
• Assure compliancewith federal, state, and local technical and professionalregulations and accepted practiced guidelines.
• Delivers quality,cost effective patient care in a professional manner.
• Workseffectively to maintain an environment of excellence, which ispatient focused, providing timely, compassionate, quality patientcare.
• Promotes and maintains a safe work environment for bothstaff and customers, incorporating national patient safetyinitiatives.
