Neponset Street, Worcester, MA PrimaryResponsibilities:

• This role incorporates all the technical skillsassociated with ultrasound, including related clerical and serviceduties
• Performs ultrasound studies, including diagnostic breastimaging and limited vascular studies, as assigned
• Performsroutine quality control/quality assurance tasks and maintains examsuites in good and appropriate order
• Obtains and reviews patientclinical history and related reports/documentation
• Obtainspertinent medical history, instructs patient regarding examprocedures and preparation
• Performs related clerical duties asneeded You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in anenvironment that will challenge you and give you clear direction onwhat it takes to succeed in your role as well as providedevelopment for other roles you may be interested in.

RequiredQualifications:

• Graduate of an AMA accredited ultrasound programor equivalent
• Certified by the American Registry for DiagnosticMedical Sonography (ARDMS)
• RDMS registered breast technologist,or become registered within 6 months of hire
• BLS (Basic LifeSupport) certified and maintain this certification duringemployment
• Demonstrated competency to perform ultrasound exams onnewborns, children, adults, and geriatric patients, meeting alldepartment guidelines
• Maintain all required continuing educationcredits and licensure during employment
