The Ultrasound Technologist performs diagnostic procedures onpatients using ultrasound waves to examine tissue and bodystructure, providing quality images to radiologists and physiciansfor interpretation. Our Ultrasound Technologists perform allaspects of ultrasound procedures including abdominal, pelvic,gynecologic, small parts, Doppler studies and interventionalprocedures utilizing an understanding of the principles of growthand development to assess each patient’s individual age specificneeds and to provide individualized age specific treatment andcare.

Qualifications Requirements:

Graduate of an AccreditedDiagnostic Medical Sonography program specializing in Sonography,credentialed from the American Registry for Diagnostic MedicalSonography (ARDMS) obtained prior to hire date or job transferdate. Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer – ARDMS or RDMS.New graduates will be considered. Proficient in real time, colorflow, doppler, transvaginal, biopsies, interventional procedures.
