SHIFT:
PRN for afterhours (5:00pm – 7:00am), and Saturday admission call rotation
GENERAL DUTIES
To perform radiology procedures as prescribed by a physician with the end result being an optimum study while providing for patient comfort and privacy Perform routine ultrasound examinations with independent judgment and minimal supervision Assists with ultrasound procedures requiring a radiologist or other physician Performs ultrasound to assist physician with localization
KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE
Graduate of an approved School of diagnostic Ultrasound, registered by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers Must be registered in Abdomen, prefer to be registered in Vascular Doppler (or vascular registry eligible) Must have three to five years experience in General and Vascular ultrasound
