Overview Sonographers are eligible for a sign-on bonus of $1,000. Noavant Health is seeking a Sonographer I. The Sonographer assistsphysicians in the performance of diagnostic and / or therapeuticprocedures by preparing the patient and operating the ultrasoundequipment in order to obtain diagnostic scans. . Qualifications Education:
2 Year / Associate Degree, required. Graduate ofARRT-approved Radiography or Sonography Program; orCAAHEP-recognized Sonography Program, required.
Experience:
Minimum of one year of experience in sonography,preferred.
Licensure/Certification/Registration:
NH MedicalCenter-Certified and registered by ARRT in Sonography or certifiedand registered by ARDMS in a minimum of one specialty – RT(S) orARDMS within 6 months of hire, required. NH Independent DiagnosticTesting Facility or Hospital Outpatient Department-Certified andregistered by ARRT in Sonography or certified and registered byARDMS in a minimum of one specialty – RT(S) or ARDMS, required. NHMedical Group Office-Certified and registered by ARRT in Sonographyor certified and registered by ARDMS in a minimum of one specialty- RT(S) or ARDMS, required.
