REQUIREDTechnical Skills & Responsibilities:

Proficient in Breast Ultrasound TechniquesPerform routine and complex breast ultrasound examsUtilize appropriate transducers, frequencies, and scanning protocolsSkilled in Doppler imaging for vascular assessmentImage Acquisition & OptimizationAdjust imaging parameters (gain, depth, TGC, etc.) to ensure high-quality imagesIdentify and minimize artifactsKnowledge of Breast Anatomy & PathologyUnderstand normal and abnormal breast tissue appearancesRecognize suspicious findings and anatomical variationsEquipment Operation & MaintenanceOperate, maintain, and troubleshoot ultrasound machines and related equipmentPACS KnowledgeUse PACS for image archiving, retrieval, and communication with radiologistsAssist with Breast InterventionsSupport physicians during ultrasound-guided biopsies and proceduresMaintain sterile technique and ensure patient comfortQuality Control & AssuranceParticipate in quality programs to maintain imaging and equipment standards About Talent4Health A leader and innovator, offering comprehensive talent solutions for the healthcare industry across the nation.
