• Perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations on patients using sonography equipment.
• Prepare patients for procedures and explain the process to them.
• Position patients and equipment to obtain high-quality images.
• Analyze images and provide preliminary findings to healthcare providers.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area. Requirements
• ARDMS Certified for Sonography
• Proficient in medical terminology and understanding of anatomy.
• Experience with various medical imaging technologies, such as X-Ray, PET scan, or mammography.
• Strong diagnostic evaluation skills to accurately interpret images.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including emergency room settings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and healthcare professionals.
