If you’re a Ultra sonographer looking for a new opportunity to work in a fast-paced, professional environment where your talent contributes to changing people’s lives, then we want to talk to you. This position requires collaborating with physicians, other medical providers, and patients by providing expert care and service for fertility treatments. We have an immediate opening for a part time Ultra sonographer to work in our Bethlehem, PA office. This position performs a variety of sonographic examinations for fertility patients. When working the schedule is working every other weekend 7:00AM – 10:00AM.
How You’ll Contribute:
We always do whatever it takes, even if it isn’t specifically our “job.” In general, the Ultrasonographer is responsible for: Performs detailed examinations of the anatomy/pathology Makes necessary measurements & calculations Documents results utilizing our electronic medical records Establishes personal rapport with patients Provides explanations of procedures
What You’ll Bring:
The skills and education we need are: Completion of formal Ultrasound training in an AMA approved school, and meeting the requirements for registry by
ARDMS RDMS/RVT
required Understanding and ability to follow MD protocols for procedures Ability to effectively operate all pieces of equipment utilized within the scope of this job Prior experience with fertility patients strongly preferred Minimum of two years of experience as an ultrasound technologist in women’s health More important than the best skills, however, is the right person.
