This role requires a strong focus on patient care and clinical accuracy. The ideal candidate will hold an active RDMS certification and have the ability to perform a variety of diagnostic imaging procedures with precision and professionalism. This is a vital role in our patient care process, working closely with physicians and staff to support diagnosis and treatment planning through high-quality sonographic imaging. Key Responsibilities Perform a variety of diagnostic ultrasound examinations including abdominal, OB/GYN, small parts, and vascular studies. Operate ultrasound equipment safely and effectively, ensuring optimal image quality. Prepare patients for procedures, explaining processes and ensuring comfort. Analyze technical information and capture images aligned with physician requests and clinical needs. Maintain accurate documentation of procedures and patient records in accordance with HIPAA regulations. Collaborate with medical team members to ensure timely and accurate reporting of diagnostic results. Maintain cleanliness and proper functionality of equipment, following infection control protocols. Qualifications Active RDMS certification (Required). Graduate of an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography program. Minimum of one year of clinical experience preferred; new graduates with RDMS certification will be considered. Current BLS certification. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in adjusting imaging techniques to suit individual patient conditions. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a clinical environment.
