Eligibility for benefits may vary by location. Job Summary and Qualifications The Ultrasound Technologist is responsible for performing a varietyof imaging procedures ordered by the physician. The UltrasoundTechnologist is responsible for day-to-day activities to ensure thedelivery of quality patient care in a diagnostic/therapeuticenvironment. What you will do in this role: You will be responsible for performing a variety of imagingprocedures ordered by the physician. You will be responsible for day-to-day activities to ensure thedelivery of quality patient care in a diagnostic/therapeuticenvironment. You will demonstrate the ability to perform surgery andportable exams. You will accurately follow physician orders, document thecompletion of the exam in Meditech, scans document and verifyimages in PACS. You will follow proper procedures for quality controls and HLDrelated to equipment and accessories. You will demonstrate proper documentation concerning thepatient’s history, including lab values.

What qualifications you will need:

Graduate of a Diagnostic Medical Sonography program ARDMS registered or acquire within 6 months BLS current Ability to work on a PRN basis TriStar Skyline Medical Center is a 250+ bed facility.
