Serve as a clinical and cultural leader in collaboration with the Hospital Director Oversee all medical services, including hiring, onboarding, mentoring, and performance management of doctors Manage clinical workflows and ensure delivery of high-quality care Participate in operational and capital budget planning Lead initiatives in referral partner engagement and community outreach Address escalated patient care and client issues as needed Drive continuous improvement and uphold the core values of Teamwork, Leadership, and Compassion Qualifications Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited institution. Valid veterinary license in the state of practice. Minimum 5-7 years of progressive leadership experience in a veterinary setting Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills Board-certified specialists or ER veterinarians with leadership experience preferred Ability to lead through change and manage growth
