Urgent Care/ER veterinarian Position Available In Camden, Georgia

PURE Camden launched in April 2025 as Southeast Georgia’s ONLY after-hours veterinary clinic, driven by a mission to provide exceptional, compassionate care for pets in need. Located in a rapidly growing area, just 45 minutes north of Jacksonville, Florida, and near Kings Bay Naval Base, we are privately owned by three local veterinarians. This position is a unique opportunity to help us evolve from a limited urgent care service into a comprehensive 24-hour critical care ICU, filling a significant service gap and shaping the future of emergency veterinary medicine in our area. We are seeking a motivated and compassionate full-time emergency veterinarian to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for a veterinarian who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys challenging cases, and is dedicated to providing critical care with a patient-first approach. You will be able to work alongside seasoned CVTs, as well as benefiting from the support and mentorship of the boarded practice owners. New beautiful facility with up to date equipment to ensure you can do the best job possible, including Voyant Vessel Sealer, ultrasound, digital radiology, etc. Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree from an accredited institution. Active or eligible to obtain veterinary license in Georgia Strong experience in emergency and urgent care is preferred, but motivated applicants will be considered Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple cases simultaneously Ultrasound and emergency surgical skills preferred, but mentorship available if you still are looking to learn and improve skill sets.
