Job Description

VCA Midtown Animal Hospital on Piedmont Avenue is seeking an experienced Associate Veterinarian to join our AAHA accredited, five doctor, 24 hour emergency and general practice in midtown Atlanta. This opening is for a daytime, General Practice Veterinarian. Since 1979, families throughout Atlanta have trusted VCA Pets Are People Too Ansley to provide quality, compassionate veterinary and emergency care for all of their animal healthcare needs. We invite you to come visit our newly remodeled, 6500 square foot facility and get to know our team who are focused on delivering great client service, excellent patient care, and quality medicine. We are proud of our state of the art equipment including a surgical laser, digital dental radiographs, tonometry, digital radiographs, therapeutic laser, and up to date ultrasound machine. Our spacious facility includes six exam rooms, a bereavement room, two treatment areas, plus separate surgery and dental suites. We provide excellent anesthesia monitoring using our Cardell CO2 and Surgivet monitors. The team of technicians is a stable group who are very supportive of one another. Several of the staff have been working at the hospital for many years. Great teamwork is a priority and a large part of the culture of our hospital. We have a strong partnership with the Atlanta Humane Society which includes an annual 5k walk to support their mission. VCA Pets Are People Too Ansley is located in the heart of Midtown Atlanta with the surrounding attractions including Piedmont Park, Atlanta Botanical Gardens, Phillips Arena and the new Mercedes Benz Stadium, home to the Atlanta Falcons.
