Job Title:

Veterinarian, Veterinary Technical Solutions (Hybrid)

Schedule:

Mon- Fri 9 AM to 6

PM EST Note:

This is a hybrid position with mandatory 3 days in office. During the first week, of training, it is expected for new hires to come on-site in either Duluth, GA, or St Joseph, MO on M, T, and Th for specific onboarding requirements.

Job Description:

Serves as a veterinary technical resource for product support, compassionate customer service, and veterinary guidance in disease management and control by providing communication (telephone, email, etc…) to veterinarians, veterinary support staff, Cilent’s employees, or animal owners about product inquiries, quality complaints, and suspected adverse events that may arise by usage of or experience with Cilent’s products. Responsible for the determination of appropriate product and customer support under Cilent’s SOPs and Guidelines. Must maintain a working knowledge of regulations, policies, and procedures to assure compliance with US regulations (FDA, USDA, and EPA) for the capture, maintenance, and reporting of adverse events and technical product complaints.

Demonstrates high ethical and professional standards.
Must have a good understanding of customer service needs within a regulated environment, excellent knowledge of applicable GMPs, pharmacovigilance regulations, and complaint handling
Compliance requirements.
Must demonstrate a working knowledge of technical information.
An understanding of applicable regulatory requirements is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required to interact with both internal and external ‘customers’ and stakeholders.

Education:

A veterinary degree (DVM or VMD ) is required with three (3) years of veterinary practice experience required.
Must be from an accredited veterinary school with a current license in at least one state.
Experience within a regulated Animal Health environment or veterinary call center preferred.
