  • South Georgia A dynamic partner hospital group is seeking a skilled Regional Partner Veterinarian to oversee and support 3 hospitals in the South Georgia area.

Role:

This position is designed for an Associate Veterinarian eager to step into regional leadership or a seasoned DVM seeking greater challenges and influence. Whether you’re aiming to enhance your leadership abilities while maintaining clinical practice or looking to mentor and guide fellow DVMs, this role offers a unique combination of clinical and operational leadership .

Key Responsibilities:
Champion Clinical Excellence:

Dedicate 75-100% of your time to hands-on patient care , performing procedures, and building your clientele. Provide clinical support and mentorship to fellow veterinarians, especially new graduates, in areas like surgery and dentistry . Drive process improvements to optimize hospital operations and boost client satisfaction. Foster a

Positive Veterinary Community:

Cultivate a supportive environment in collaboration with the Regional Director, focusing on operational and strategic initiatives. Participate in regional DVM recruitment , working closely with the Talent Relations team to attract top veterinary talent. Mentor new graduate DVMs, guiding them through their professional development.

Drive Operational Success:

Work with the team to improve hospital efficiency and scheduling processes . Manage hospital flow , staffing needs, and review performance data regularly. Assist with budgeting , analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring resource efficiency.

Ensure Compliance and Quality Assurance:

Conduct hospital inspections to maintain quality patient care standards. Monitor regulatory compliance , ensuring adherence to regulations like DEA logs .

What You’ll Bring:

DVM (Doctor of Veterinary Medicine) or equivalent degree. Active veterinary license in the state(s) of the assigned hospitals. 3-5 years of veterinary experience with leadership qualities (mentorship, empathy, collaboration). DEA license registration (if required). Ability to travel occasionally (company-paid).

Time Allocation & Travel:

75-100% of your time will be dedicated to direct patient care and clinical activities. The remaining time will be spent on administrative tasks , including mentoring, recruitment, compliance, and budgeting. Regional travel is required to support the hospitals within your assigned area.

Work Schedule & Production Potential:

4-day work week with production-based compensation (earnings tied to clinical work). Opportunity to influence your income directly through patient care.
