First Flight Veterinary Hospital and Mobile Services is aprivately-owned, family-oriented practice focused predominately onsmall animal medicine but do serve a small population of horses. Weserve both Dare and Currituck counties on the wonderful Outer Banksof North Carolina. Our practice is located just 2 miles from thebeautiful beaches of Kitty Hawk. The Outer Banks is a very popularvacation destination, known all over the world for its beautifulbeaches, water activities, nature preserves and all of thewonderful outdoor activities that come along with the island. Weare seeking to add another veterinarian to our team. We have abeautiful 3,000 square foot facility as well as a fully stockedtruck/Bowie box that we use for farm calls and house calls. Ourhospital was just built in 2021 and has digital xray, ultrasound, adental suite with dental radiology, Companion Laser, PRP, and awell equipped in house lab. We also offer the integrative therapiesof acupuncture and animal chiropractic for our patients. We have anamazing team of support staff that are passionate and talented thatwork alongside our veterinarians to offer the best medicine andsurgery possible. What do we offer?

Responsibilities:
- Perform medical examinations, diagnoses, and treatments
- Developtreatment plans and communicate them effectively to pet owners
- Perform surgeries and other medical procedures as needed
- Provideguidance on animal nutrition, behavior, and overall wellness
- Maintain detailed and accurate medical records for all patients ina timely manor
- Collaborate and provide guidance and support withthe team members to ensure quality patient care
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accreditedinstitution
