certified, ensuring top-tier emergency care. Position Overview The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, stays positive under pressure, and works well in a collaborative team. Strong communication skills are key for effective client education. New to emergency medicine? We’re happy to teach and support you! We always have at least two doctors scheduled per shift to foster collaboration. Our ICU is overseen by an associate doctor dedicated to hospitalized patients, and we have access to specialist consults to support comprehensive case management. Duties & Responsibilities Diagnose and treat a variety of medical conditions. Develop treatment plans, prescribe medications, and educate pet owners. Perform outpatient procedures Provide critical emergency care to animals in urgent situations. Utilize advanced diagnostics for effective treatment. Work closely with technicians and support staff for seamless patient care. Maintain accurate medical records and uphold hospital standards. Qualifications DVM/VMD from an accredited veterinary school. Active NH veterinary license (or eligibility to obtain). Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment. What We Offer We prioritize work-life balance with flexible shifts: 8 AM-4 PM, 4 PM-12 AM, 10 AM-10 PM. Part-time, and relief positions available.
