Assistant Tennis Professional Greystone Golf and Country Club Birmingham, AL Job Details Full-time $15,000 a year 1 hour ago Qualifications Sports coaching 1 year Entry level Full Job Description The Assistant Tennis Professional is responsible for assisting the Head Pro with Club tennis activity programming, including developing and promoting tennis programs for all age groups, while providing exceptional service to the Members and Guests of the Club. Organize tennis clinics and private lessons that encourage participation in the Club’s tennis activities. Promote tennis memberships to all potential prospects. Act as the Club’s Tennis Ambassador to enhance the value of the Club. Professionally maintain courts and ensure the environment is safe for all who use the facility. Assist fellow Employee Partners, Members, and guests in providing exceptional service without being directed. The successful candidate will be highly proficient tennis players who effectively communicate with groups of juniors or adults. Candidates must be available to teach: Monday through Friday, 12 pm – 8 pm, and on weekends.
Base Salary:
$15,000
Commissions:
Competitive hourly rate for lessons with 70/30 split
Qualifications:
Knowledge of Tennis rules and regulations required USPTA trained or certified; will help obtain certification Sports coaching: 1 year (Required)
Tennis Playing:
