Honoring local heritage and artfully reimagined for modern-day elegance, the resort includes residents-only facilities and amenities, a luxury spa and state-of-the-art well-being/fitness center, exquisite and diverse fine dining outlets, outdoor pursuits to include a tennis center, and an 18-hole golf course, bowling and movie theater experiences, and an exclusive private club. About the role:

• This role will not be onboarded until July 29th 2025
• The Tennis Professional is responsible for delivering exceptional tennis instruction to Four Seasons members and guests, ensuring a high-quality, engaging, and personalized experience.

This role includes teaching lessons, organizing tennis clinics, and promoting the sport, while maintaining the highest standards of service and professionalism.

What you will do:

• Be part of the pre-opening team!
• Deliver high-quality private and group tennis instruction that exceeds member and guest expectations.
• Provide exceptional service by handling all member and guest interactions with professionalism, resolving complaints, and accommodating special requests.
• Ensure shift coverage for tennis instruction, maximizing member and guest satisfaction while meeting demand.
• Contribute to maintaining the tennis facility by keeping courts clean and well-maintained.
• Complete all billing for tennis instruction in compliance with Four Seasons’ accounting procedures.
• Ensure proper stock levels of on-court supplies for instructional programs.
• Actively promote tennis instruction and related activities to members and guests.
• Demonstrate a strong ability to play tennis, with a minimum proficiency level of 4.

What you bring:

• College Degree
• minimum of 2 year college USPTA Certification minimum P2 Level
• Minimum of 2 years experience in tennis teaching industry at a similar club or resort.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Creative yet sound app roach to delivering tennis instruction.
• Understanding of high quality tennis service experience.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day, and scheduled days and times may vary based on need.
• Occasional travel for trainings , events, and/or conferences.
