We pick up people’s stuff and carry it from one place to a different place. Sounds simple enough… but it turns out that to be

DURING TRAINING

– $24.00 to $26.50 an hour : While you are training to be a lead mover you are referred to as a copilot. A typical trainee makes between $24.00 and $26.50 an hour ( $18/hr base + performance bonuses and tips ). You can earn even more with overtime or on call pay.

ONCE OUT OF TRAINING

– $26.50 to $31.25 an hour: Once you are out of training you become eligible for promotion to lead. A lead mover typically makes between $26.50 and $31.25 an hour ( $19.50/hr base + performance bonuses and tips ). You can earn even more with overtime or on call pay. In case you don’t feel like doing the math, that all adds up to a “Hell Yeah”.

YOUR MUST HAVES

21 years of being alive on this planet (so we can add you to our auto insurance) At least 2 years’ driving experience Excellent customer service skills, interest in learning new things, and motivation to be genuinely helpful Availability to work at least 3 days a week, even better if you prefer weekends Your own reliable transportation (AKA a car, motorcycle, or scooter — not a bike or a bus pass)

YOUR NICE-TO-HAVES

College degree or current enrollment (it’s a bonus, but it’s definitely not required) Moving experience (more than just “exited the womb once”) A friendly pet (so we can pet them at our next company picnic)

This is a physically demanding job that requires hard work.
