Experience Required Previous experience in hospitality preferred General golf knowledge preferred Ability to work cohesively and communicate in a team environment Exhibits enthusiasm and positive customer service Friendly and personable to all members/staff High level of attention toward self presentation Essential Responsibilities Starter Primary Responsibilities Start players and keep accurate records of tee times Provide players with current course conditions Reminder speech on Pace of Play and course etiquette Secondary Responsibilities Assist with pace of play on cross over tee time days Clear off the chipping green Advise outside attendants when driving range is low on balls Player Assistant Primary Responsibility Maintain Pace of Play on the Golf Course Secondary Responsibilities Supply Cart with Supplies like pencils, ball markers, tees etc. for golfers Stock comfort stations with cups, lids, & straws Quick clean of the comfort station garbage throughout the day Bring out players that arrive after their tee times Look for and retrieve golf clubs that are lost on the course or forgotten at the driving range Bring players in to the clubhouse when not feeling well or an emergency arises at home Assist in switching golf carts out when there is an issue with the carts or GPS Assistance in medical emergencies on the course Deliver messages to Members Assist Golf Maintenance repairing rope lines, moving the post for cart staggering, constant contact with maintenance if sprinklers are running Weekly checking of the lightning detection horns on the golf course Clean and restock ice towels at comfort stations (offseason only) Benefits Meals while on duty Uniforms provided
