Full Job Description Job Description:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Golf Professional to join our team at a modern indoor golf simulator studio located on Key Biscayne . This is a flexible opportunity ideal for a teaching pro who loves helping golfers of all ages improve their game — from beginners to seasoned players. As part of our team, you’ll conduct individual and small-group lessons using Foresight Sports simulators in a relaxed, upscale setting. You should feel confident teaching men, women, youth, and kids , and be passionate about making golf more approachable, fun, and rewarding for every skill level.
Responsibilities:
Conduct private and group golf lessons Utilize Foresight Sports technology to track and improve player performance Create a welcoming, professional atmosphere for all clients Offer tips, drills, and progress tracking suited to each student’s goals Assist with light studio upkeep and customer service, if needed
Qualifications:
Prior experience giving golf lessons (PGA/PGA apprentice preferred but not required) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt teaching style to all age groups and abilities Familiarity with Foresight simulators or similar technology a plus Available to work flexible hours, including some weekends

Key Biscayne, FL Compensation:
Competitive hourly rate, commensurate with experience
