Assistant Golf Professional The Golden Bear Club 6300 Jack Nicklas Parkway, Windermere, FL 34786

• Overview:

• We are seeking a passionate and experienced Golf Professional to join our team at The Golden Bear Club. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in golf instruction and a genuine enthusiasm for teaching and promoting the game of golf. Someone who is eager and has a willingness to learn and grow in this industry.

• Duties:

• Assist with Golf Shop(Maintain and Uphold standards of a private club golf shop, check-in members, provide assistance to member requests, proficient in tee sheet software, learn and utilize tournament Golf Genius Software)
• Provide golf instruction to players of all skill levels, including individual lessons and group clinics
• Develop and implement lesson plans tailored to each student’s needs and goals
• Conduct on-course playing lessons to improve course management and strategy
• Assist with club fittings, equipment recommendations, and repairs
• Organize and oversee golf events, tournaments, and junior golf programs
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times

• Experience:

• The successful candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:
• Previous experience as a Golf Professional or Golf Instructor
• Strong knowledge of golf rules, etiquette, and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• PGA or LPGA certification preferred(interest in a future with the PGA)
