We are dedicated to creating an environment that promotes a balanced and healthy lifestyle. Currently, we are in search of an experienced, self-motivated Tennis Instructor to join our team in the Avenir HOA Community, Palm Beach Gardens FL PLAY Academy hires local coaches only. Must currently live in the area to be considered.

Job Description:

As a Tennis Instructor, you will be responsible for leading group classes and private lessons for a diverse range of ages and skill levels. This role is ideal for someone with a deep passion for tennis, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to inspire and encourage players to improve their game.

Responsibilities:

Conduct both group and individual tennis coaching sessions. Develop and implement lesson plans appropriate for players of all skill levels. Provide constructive feedback and encouragement to players. Manage equipment and facilities, ensuring their proper use and maintenance. Ensure a safe, positive, and productive environment for all players. Engage with the community and promote the sport of tennis.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a tennis instructor. Strong understanding of the rules, strategies, and techniques of tennis. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to inspire and motivate players of all skill levels. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
