401K generous health plan workday lunch holiday bonus RSPA dues coverage The Assistant Professional has an annual earning potential of $85k+ and the candidate will work under a RSPA Master Professional. This is a full-time position with a base salary & 70% lesson commission split. This is an active on-court position of at least 35 teaching hours per week. We have 5 full-time pros on staff and a waiting list for tennis lessons. We have an extremely active tennis membership as we have over 125 kids and 200 adults enrolled in our tennis programming. The facility has recently undergone extensive renovations and has 12 clay courts with new LED lights, swimming pool, fitness center, bar, and banquet ballrooms. The Assistant Pro will assist the Director of Tennis and be responsible for the following duties: teaching private and group lessons of all ages and levels assisting with junior programs, mixers, and tournaments light administrative work including billing his/her lessons and reserving teaching courts. candidate must also be willing to work toward RSPA certification if not already certified A punctual, reliable pro who is courteous with members is a must!
