Recreational Gymnastics Teacher Ace Gymnastics Inc. Ipswich, MA 01938 Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Gymnastics Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in gymnastics or related sports, with the ability to educate and inspire students of all ages. This role involves teaching gymnastics skills, promoting physical fitness, and fostering a safe and positive environment for all participants. Duties Instruct students in various gymnastics techniques, ensuring proper form and safety protocols are followed. Implement behavior management strategies to maintain a positive learning environment. Provide feedback and encouragement to help students improve their skills and confidence. Collaborate with other instructors to create engaging programs. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gym facilities. Experience Previous experience in gymnastics instruction or coaching is preferred but not necessary. Background in sports coaching, childcare, or related fields is desirable. Skills in behavior management to effectively handle diverse groups of children and young adults. A passion for teaching and working with children in a gym environment.
