Role:

HTC Global Services is looking for a skilled Archer Developer to join our dynamic consulting team. If you are passionate about creating impactful GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) solutions and have hands-on experience with RSA Archer in the financial risk domain, this is the perfect opportunity for you. You’ll play a pivotal role in delivering end-to-end solutions from strategy and design to implementation and knowledge transfer that help our clients navigate the evolving global risk landscape.

What You’ll Do:

+ Collaborate with clients to define strategic goals, evaluate risk management solutions, and guide implementation. + Design and architect scalable RSA Archer applications tailored to financial risk management. + Develop custom modules, workflows, dashboards, and reports using Archer core components. + Drive value realization by aligning Archer capabilities with client needs and objectives. + Lead solution deployment plans and provide post-implementation support. + Conduct knowledge transfer sessions to empower client teams and ensure sustainable adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Act as a subject matter expert on RSA Archer GRC capabilities. + End-to-end development and configuration of RSA Archer applications (layouts, access controls, workflows, notifications, integrations). + Build ODAs (On-Demand Applications) and customize core solutions. + Implement data feeds, APIs, and automation rules to streamline business processes. + Provide technical guidance and support during deployment and post-production phases. + Create and present Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to internal stakeholders and clients.

Required Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. + At least 8 years of experience in RSA Archer development and support. + Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience specifically as an Archer Developer. + Strong expertise in: + Access Management (Roles/Groups/Record Permissions) + Forms, Subforms, and Questionnaires + DDEs (Data Driven Events), Advanced Workflow + APIs, Calculated Fields, Cross References +

Dashboards, Reports, Data Imports, and Notifications Preferred Experience:

+ Proven track record in financial services or risk management domains. + Experience with SDLC, agile methodologies, and deployment automation tools. + Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. + Strong communication and presentation skills with client-facing experience.
