Director of Xcel Program (Gymnastics) Position Available In Rockingham, New Hampshire

Director of Xcel Program (Gymnastics) Southern NH Gymnastics Academy 4 Orchard View Drive, Londonderry, NH 03053 The Director of Xcel will oversee all aspects of our competitive Xcel Gymnastics program, to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all youth participants. Candidates MUST have previous experience coaching gymnastics, preferably at the competitive level.

Key Responsibilities include:

Program Management:

Oversee the selection and training of all gymnasts for our fast-growing competitive Xcel Program. Understand the rules and regulations of the Xcel Program. Assist in overseeing facility operations, including regular equipment inspection and maintenance.

Staff Supervision and Training:

Supervise and train Xcel Coaching Staff. Provide coaching and instruction in gymnastics skills. Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback.

Customer Service and Communication:

Maintain excellent communication with parents and gymnasts. Address inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

Safety and Risk Management:

Ensure a safe and positive environment for all participants. Implement and enforce safety protocols and regulations. Provide appropriate spotting and instruction.

Administrative Tasks:

Ensure staff are completing daily/weekly reports in a timely manner, including skill charts, conditioning logs, incident reports, etc. Attend and participate in staff training and professional development.
